I first met Jill in the middle 1960’s when we both took a summer job for Air Canada at Heathrow. We wore grey suits with pencil slim skirts. On some early shifts (6.30 am) Jill would give us a lift in her converted small ex-post office van. So we kept clean she carpeted the rear inside. When the double doors opened to reveal attractive tall immaculate dressed girls on-lookers were amazed. We would have an early breakfast together in the staff canteen. Always the same. ‘Toms on’ (tinned tomatoes on toast) A great time with the added bonus of making a wonderful life-long friend. I miss you sweetheart. xx 💋💐💐❤️❤️
